I wouldn't be so sure about that. Kirby Smart has seemed to create a paradigm shift at UGA. If Mark Richt was still the coach, I would agree with you. However, it seems that the days of UGA underachieving are over. We'll see what happens when UGA and Auburn play each other.

UGA looks very good. I dont see anyone in the East capable of even keeping it close with UGA.

Crazy things happen in Jordan-Hare in the month of November.

I'd be wary of Auburn if I were a Georgia fan. I know I'm wary of them as a Bama fan.

With y'alls defense, we'll be lucky to score double digits against UGA.

Truth. I've been surprised before in this series, but I don't see any way we even keep it close against UGA

I don't believe you are sincere.

If you're going to reference last year, you can bring up a lot more teams that GA TECH. It appears that last year was just an adjustment period for Kirby and the team. The players seem to have bought in and now we are truly seeing the team come together.

Brother, you have been having some fun the past few weeks on here. I congratulate you on it....

If it all comes crashing down, and trust me it usually does, be careful where you fall.

I will not mutter those words until it happens. Being owned does that to a man.

Big game for Tech this week. You win this one and you are in the drivers seat for the Coastal.

I understand your enthusiasm, but every team left on your schedule (except Missouri) COULD beat you. Most of them won't, but at least one of them probably will.

Or Vanderbilt, Nicholls St., etc.

However, if you can't see a major difference in this years team and last years team, then you haven't watched closely. I don't remember the last time Georgia beat inferior teams badly....I mean really badly on a regular basis. This team is doing that. I mean, there could be a letdown. Shoot, Auburn had one against Mercer.

It happens sometimes. But I really think the mental makeup of the team and coaching staff has taken a major step forward. We'll see, though. Only time will tell.

I'm not sure Georgia is as good as you think they are. Competition has been poor.

You are in the same position as Georgia with Florida. It's weird how some teams just seem to get the breaks against certain teams. But, things tend to even out, and Auburn has a good enough team to beat anybody. Getting that OLine settled in has made a big difference for your passing game. Give Stidham time and he can pick a defense apart. Auburn scares me more than any other team on our schedule.

It is VERY difficult to go through a regular season undefeated.
