I think Sumlin used JFF as a crutch too often and got away from the running game. I think A&M will be a much better running team this year and get back to the type of balance they had against Bama in 2012.

I think A&M finishes with the same record as last year give or take 1 game.

UT probably about 7-6 or 8-5 maybe if they can get some good play from that QB. He looked very good at times and just plain awful at others but I think he's a good fit for Butch's O and will improve as the year goes on.

Othello, that's pretty much the same record that most Ags are predicting for our squad as well.
2014 has been circled as the year of defensive rebuild.
'15 & '16 look much better for us.
We're ok with that for the fall.

Yeah you're not gonna fall off the map like a lot of people think. Obviously some of the quick strike ability of JFF and Evans will be sorely missed but I see this years team playing a bit more with time of possession and allowing their D to rest more. I mean you'll still run a quick pace but I see it being less concerned with scoring as quickly but that's just my feeling of it or whatever.

There is no way.

Terrible quarterbacks, replacing every starting offensive and defensive lineman, terrible defense... Complete recipe of disaster.

Tennessee will be terrible once again.

I disagree with this, Worley is decent and we have some young talent at that position

His performance on the field shows otherwise. He actually sucks, IMO.

Meh, how many teams could say this? 95% of college football teams? Tennessee's quarterback situation is terrible.

With Tennessee replacing all 5 offensive linemen, I doubt it. Like I said, the quarterback situation is terrible, and none of them have done anything to prove otherwise. Justin Worley, Josh Dobbs, and Nathan Peterman have all underwhelmed.

I really don't think the Offensive line situation is as dire as everyone makes it out to be. As for Peterman, underwhelming is... generous. Worley is competent and Dobbs has a lot of potential.

QB play wasn't great for many reasons due to shaky receiving, which will definitely not be the case this season.

I'm not ready to crown Tennessee yet but I think Butch will get them back to a top 20-25 type of team in the next few years.

Also I expect Vandy to drop off some especially without Matthews and do we really think anything special is gonna happen with Muschamp and Driskell at the helm again this year (I know UF was cursed with injuries and the D should still be very solid)?

Then I expect Mizzou to drop off big time without Josey, Sam, Franklin, and DGB.

So IMO the east is UGA's and the Cocks for the taking with UT being somewhere in the middle of the east.

I would strongly disagree with you in that case. A team's offensive line is the catalyst to a great offense. Great teams, historically, are built up front.
