How is Jones not on this list, we are constantly told on here how bad he sucks?

Good point, because he most certainly belongs on the list because I can tell you that anything short of Tenn not making the SECCG is a fail.

Lashlee takes the heat this year if things don't get much better with QB play. Gus gets at least one more season barring a Chizik style meltdown.

Can that happen with Clemson as their first game of the year? A win could propel them. A loss would probably put Gus on the hot seat.

I don't think a loss to Clemson would get his seat cooking unless it's something like a 44-10 humiliation. It wouldn't be fair at all to put Gus on the hot seat if they lose a competitive game against a team that is way better than them.

Sumlin
Malzahn
Miles
Bielema

IMO Miles will be gone if LSU isn't in the SECCG this year.

I'll give you 15 million reasons why Sumlin won't be fired after this year.

coaching savant

you must be confusing our opinion of bert with you and yours former opinion of gus- i.e. the offensive genius, has saban's number, may never lose a game again, etc thought process.

i like bert but i would kick him to the curb quicker than lightening if i thought we weren't improving and were actually getting worse.

Bielema. They were ready to kick his can to the curb after Toledo last year but a couple of overtime wins later they make him to be some sort of oversized coaching savant

shocking opinion coming from you. Bert in your head so bad.

I think Bert might be the only safe one on that list, pigz have learned to accept mediocrity it seems. The other three are all probably on equal hot seats, and if sumlin, Malzahn or miles have poor seasons they will likely be gone imho.

Not Miles. He owns that Athletic Department now and they don't have the money to buy him out anyway. But there will be a bunch a tiger fans stamping their feet wanting him gone after another 3+ loss season(6 in a row to Bama) especially with 10+ 1st rounders on the team and the greatest RB in their programs history.

I don't think any will be fired this year.

Malzahn is safe? You have a different opinion than most of your fellow Auburn fans

Sumlin.... could see this happening at any point during the season.
Malzahn.... high school gonna high school
Miles..... avoided it once.... everyone saying this is LSUs year... if he tanks it... HE GONE...
Bielema..... He's safe for quite a while as long as his teams keep trending up... becoming quite the cult hero in Arkansas.

Freeze could be gone before any of the above IMO

Sumlin and Malzahn are the only two in immediate danger. Stoops at Kentucky may be in trouble if he doesn't manage to make a bowl this year.
