Wow. Watching snippets of their games here and there, I thought they were similar teams. I didn't know it was that close

This is where I fall. My gut says Michigan State wins comfortably, but then when you get to looking at the details they don't seem that far apart.
The September win against Oregon still looks good as does the November win over tOSU but Sparty needed a miracle to beat a good but not great Michigan. They also lost to a decidedly mediocre Nebraska and had close wins against bad Purdue and Rutgers teams.
Iowa's only quality wins are against Wisky and Northwestern, but they also haven't had some of the close games against bad teams like Sparty.

Iowa is one of those "tough outs" that is made to make their opponent look bad. They don't beat themselves. They play solid defense and run the ball pretty well. I just don't think they have the firepower to hang with the big boys. But, you're going to have to beat them. They're not going to beat themselves.

oh yah it's not as if Iowa scored more points on a common opponent with Tennesse and also beat a Wisconsin team that put up more points on the Bama defense than you as well. Hell Wisconsin put up more points than 6/8 of SEC teams. Iowa is good bruh, Big10 has a few decent teams.

At least you didn't argue against my point. Iowa is a better football team than Tennessee (and Arkansas). Never said their schedule wasn't shite but there is an SEC team below them btw.

I think MSU is going to win. But, I don't discount Iowa. They've won 'em all so far.
