Summer's a lot better than Winter. I'll still watch, though. I'm a huge hockey fan, so that helps (though I'm pissed at team USA's management, for their, in my opinion, poor player selection [no RJ Umberger! ]), and usually stuff like curling and short-track speed skating's entertaining.

I am. I have relatives who live in Vancouver who will be participating in some of the musical presentations. Also I enjoy all the skating, skiing, and scenery, etc.

Olympics + world cup for the off season is pure win to make it through the lack of good sports to watch. I'm a huge fan of the Olympics because for the most part it's every day people that have jobs competing in sports they love, and don't usually get paid a whole lot of money to compete in. It's just a pure form of competition in things that we don't get to see a whole lot of.

I wouldn't mind seeing it live in Vancouver, but I'm not going to spend time watching it on TV.
