It has to be Georgia. There's no reason why they can't be as dominant athletically as Florida and compete for national championships in all Big Three sports year after year.

This would be the opposite...does the least with the most.


I'd say right now Vandy. Competitive in hoops, baseball and football, maintaining academic standards that would exclude much of their competition...imo.

It has to be James Franklin despite the rich school shite. He does more with less (talented players) than anyone I can think of.

USC

A) Here's a link for 6 years worth of budgets (but it's over a year old.) USC is in the bottom half.

B) SC has a population a little smaller than AL's, but substantially smaller than TN, FL and GA.

C) I think we have around 35K undergrads and that ranks us in the middle of the pack for SEC schools.

D) Columbia, SC is one of the hottest places on the earth in July/August (because of humidity.) Although, it is also 90 minutes from the beach, 90 minutes from a major city, 90 minutes from the mountains and close to major interstates.
