If Eibner throws the way he did at Georgia it's him.

If Smyly throws the way he did at Norman it's him.

I have not been following Hog baseball that close but I'd say start Eibner? am i right?

I'd say at this point in the season, that Smyly is the better pitcher.

Doesn't LSU struggle against Lefties?

we just hammered a guy that was 9-1 with a pretty good era that was a lefty and then rocked another good lefty out the pen.

Congrats to Arkies and LSU! Way to represent the SEC

By my calculation, there is now 87.5% chance that an SEC team plays in the final game. That's assuming each team have an equal chance to win in any given game. Vegas would probably have that number even higher.

yea its pretty likely we see a sec team in the finals now.

UVA pen had to work alot and csf will throw their ace to avoid being sent home. so there staffs should be pretty worn down

Greg Maddux, Big Unit Randy Johnson, or Tom Glavin

with the way we play LSU this is probably who it will take for us to win.

I would feel a lot more confident if we could put Bob Gibson on the mound.......

I would start Smyly.

I see a lot of LSU arrogance.

This is understandable though, they are a good, good team.

Man, you guys got cocky fast.

Did LSU go like 70-0 this year or something? Sounds like no one can beat them.

Arkansas is playing with balls lately.

LSU is good, but I think we can take them.

Should be a good game. You never know, though. Its baseball, as they say, and it depends on who shows up.

Regular season we lost 5-0 and 4-3 to LSU and also beat them like 11-4 in one game. There's no reason why Arkansas can't win this one if they can manage a few hits.

Surely we can.

I'm 99% sure we are averaging over 10 runs a game in the NCAA tourny.

we have been cocky all year and for good reason. We have been top 5 the whole year and we keep winning. So why should we not thing we can beat any pitcher?
