you that MCI is a terrible airport? Flying there now, that airport sucks big time. Sorry, had to get it off my chest

It's a big issue right now in KC regarding what they're going to do with it. They are arguing whether to renovate or build an entirely new one.

It's a great airport in terms of getting in and out quickly, but man it's boring as frick. Being stuck there for a layover or connecting flight is basically spending several hours in a barren wasteland. Luckily I live here so I don't have that problem

I would put a healthy Steele over Mo and Wallace, at least in college. Dude had it all.

Either way, that's a stacked team for a pick up game. The lack of a true Center would hurt them in a legit contest though.

Tayshaun Prince another candidate? You had a pretty solid list minus the Issel omission.

Sub in Roy Rogers or Dudley and we got ourselves a squad.

Plus, when Bailey Howell was there, the NIT was actually a bigger deal than the NCAA.

Well he never played in the NIT either, so I think it's safe to count him

I have never NOT had problems flying out of MCI

Sucked that Warrensburg was like an hour and a half away, too.

BluegrassBelle-I think Jamal would have won one if my stepbrother didn't get injured. (Dale Brown)

5. Big Baby
I thought he made a final 4

They did. One of my all-time favorite LSU memories was that 2006 Final Four run.

First Round - Beat #13 Iona by 16
Second Round - Beat #12 Texas A&M by 1
Sweet 16 - Beat #1 Duke (POY J.J. Redick) by 8.
Elite 8 - Beat #2 Texas by 10 in OT.

Then, obviously, running out of gas and getting handled against UCLA in the Final Four.

Pistol Pete (although he made an NIT FF)
Dwayne Scales
Shaquille O'Neal
Chris Jackson
Stromile Swift
Ben Simmons/B. Bass

Didn't Big Baby make one Wed in 2006.

That's surprising, I find it pretty hassle free compared to a lot of other airports. Although admittedly, I don't travel all that often.

You could have been born just 12 years ago and you'd know who Pistol Pete was. Total badass!

Going ancient history here, but I don't think Bob Petit made it.
So:

Maravich
Petit
Shaq
Chris Jackson
Gonna go with Stromile above the other forwards.
