It's weak competition and a non-flashy position but OG Javon Patterson has been excellent. In both games he has graded out higher than any true freshman Matt Luke has ever coached. Including Tunsil.

First freshman we've started in the secondary since Dee Milliner.

Eddie Jackson.

Fitzpatrick, Ridley, and Ronnie Harrison are going to be studs for sure.

Tolliver from LSU looks like the second coming of Patrick Peterson.

Arden Key isn't going to be fun to deal with for the next 3 years.

Haven't really watched too many other games tbh.

South Carolina scares just because of where it falls on the schedule. Auburn is going to be a tough game despite their performance on Saturday.

Kevin Tolliver for LSU looks like he's been at this level for 3 years. Pleasant suprise, especially with Mills out.

This is like reading bizzaro rant this morning. Over 20 posts and no flame yet.

But in the one game I've seen him, Christian Kirk is a special player. That guy looked like a man amongst boys against ASU.

He did pretty well. Coaches told him to work on staying in the pocket and not running unless he absolutely had to.

He could have ran for a lot of yards.

Maea Teuhema had a damn good game against State. True freshman who was plugged in at guard because the starter was sucking. Had him pull on a lot of plays and was doing very well. Very impressed with him and how he handled that situation.

Overall, Kirk #1 and Toliver #2. Kirk is a monster out there. All my aggie friends told me to watch out for him, but no one could have predicted how polished he already is.

I haven't watched any TAMU yet. Any highlights of this Kirk fellow?

I'm pretty happy with Chris Westry, he had a big INT for us when we needed it. He also just won freshman of the week.

He was SEC Freshman of the Week and SEC Defensive Player of the Week. Pretty good.

For sure, doesn't hurt that he was stuck with Pharoh Cooper as his assignment for most of the game. Tall task for any freshman, glad ours was able to handle it.

Kirk has been playing WR for a while, Speedy has for one year as far as I know. There was going to be an adjustment.
