I mean, Kyler Murray looks pretty dang impressive to me.

But I'm also bias because I'm on the Kyler Murray for Heisman in 2018 train.

It's early, but Calvin Ridley has me excited. He's reminding me of David Palmer.

Pretty good. He could have run past that defense all night if he wanted but he was making an effort to run the offense it looked like. Hard to judge against that defense honestly

Minkah Firzpatrick has looked pretty good so far. First freshman we've started in the secondary since Dee Milliner. He's been great on special teams and serviceable at Nickel

4 punt returns

So I just really looked at A&M's schedule for the first time. Holy shite you guys have a tough midseason stretch. You think Sumlin will turn Kyler loose against the meat of the schedule?

I'm really interested to see what his role will be in the big time SEC games. I think they plan on using him the whole year honestly. I'm normally not a fan of a QB rotation but he adds a whole different dimension. We will find out vs Arky and MSU

Do we? outside of Bama, @Ole Miss I say its fairly balanced and plays out about as nicely as the SECW can.

And no Kyler will not be turned loose. I expect him to play less. Kyle is the starting QB. He has better control on the offense. Kyle will be in for very particular situations and mop up duty.

Having 6 conference games in a row will be tough. Even with the bye and South Carolina being terrible. LSU's killer stretch is November and even then it's only 4 tough games in a row
