Manning was kind of overrated in college, similar to treadwell. Harrell was accurately rated, as an air raid stud with no nfl future.

In all fairness, Manning had to play against some good squads while Harrell had the luxury of playing against shitty teams like Baylor and tamu every year.

The only tough team(s) he played year in and year out back in the 90's were Florida and Georgia. Outside of that, the SEC was pretty damn weak.
