Not sure how many teams win one in the next 20 years, but odds are that Kentucky will be the team to win the next NC

OP is an obvious troll.

Auburn played in 2 of the last 4 nattys yet they are not included.

Shiny hook troll.

I want to argue and say those numbers are pretty damn close (surprised UT doesn’t have a Heisman), but I’m more impressed with the Winsipedia. I’ll be using that in the future

Yeah Glory, I try to link it as much as possible so people know about it.

Winning a natty is now more difficult than ever. There will never be a mid tier team in the championship game.

Getting there will require two things.

First, a top notch coach, and I'm talking in game coaching here. These games require a coach who doesn't get lost in the moment, and will have his kids ready to play.

The other important factor is depth. More games equal more injuries, and more playing time for guys further down the depth chart.

Everyone in the SEC is mid tier right now except Bama, Auburn, LSU, and UGA. These are the teams I expect to see representing the SEC for the foreseeable future.

After that, who knows? If Butch is the real deal the Vols could be there, same with UF. History is on their side. After that I don't see many SEC teams that can get over that hump.

In other words, it will be the usual suspects year after year, from all the P5 conferences.
