To get back on topic, I honestly think it is an interesting question. My 2 cents - saban leaves bama in the next five years, the Lane Train takes over in T-town and the state of Alabama goes into recession.

Considering that wouldn't be a possibility until the next HC at either school, this can't be debated.

Neither will finish 5-7 with their current staffs. They recruit too well, and are too fundamentally strong.Les has a floor of eight and Saban has a floor of 9 imho.I mean, both these guys have pretty defined track records.

Either could collapse with a new staff. But I would think Alabama has a better chance of falling off the map because so many high-level coaches wont want to be the guy who follows an Alabama legend. Combined with the competition in-state with Auburn that LSU just doesn't have.

This thread just reeks of attention. His Michigan team has nothing of value or relevance to bring to the table unless you go back 20 years. So naturally, OP will talk about two of the most successful sec programs in the past decade. Trying to make them but heads and bicker about who will fall to his beloved football team's insignificant level first.

Got news for you..neither program will be the dumpster fire that you cheer for while we have our current coaching staff.

Hey guess what? Michigan sucks.

Unsure which one but this season is the answer. One will go 7-5 and one will go 5-7. All depends on the game in November.

Easily Bama. Saban is older than miles and as soon as he leaves they'll be back in the sec cellar until another Saban or Bear comes along

I don't know Michigan guy. Ask the Nebraska or Ohio State fans who posts here. You all seem really saturated with SEC football.

I don't think this word means what you think it means.
