I'm interested to see Ray Drew back at DE now that he's up to 280+. I was pretty underwhelmed with him at OLB in his limited PT, maybe he'll be more at home at DE.

This is my hope as well. Saw the dude at the Subway on Lumpkin at the end of the spring. Two footlong steak and cheese at my recommendation. I take credit for his weight gain.

LSU and it really isn't close considering all of the depth they have.

This thread sucks, but is salvageable. New question:

Say there was a draft of SEC D-linemen, how do you think the first round would go?

1. Kentucky - Jadeveon Clowney
2. ????
etc

It would be interesting to see who LSU, Bama, UGA, and USCe would end up with drafting at the bottom of the 1st round.

I'd put USCe second. Clowney is the best pass rusher in the conference and taylor is damn good also, just overshadowed by clowney. JC is going to be a fricking monster, I'm glad we don't get them until december

o really? you must think that BAMA doesnt have a top 10 defense this year then... the strength of BAMA's defense this year will be the DLine and the LBs.

Freak goes pro after his junior year. 1st rounder, possibly top 5 pick in my opinion.

Perhaps you should look at the recruiting rankings for the past, I don't know, 20 national champions then.

4-3 LSU
3-4 Bama

They really aren't comparable. It's like asking "What's the best vehicle, a Mustang or an F150?" Well, what do you want it to do?
