That too. It's like 100 dump trucks show up and shite on everything in sight at UGA. It's pitifil.

Also, will say Gainesville has been surprising boring the 3 games I have been to. Swamp is super loud but just haven't found it that exciting in tailgating or the bar scene.

For an Auburn fan Athens is the clear answer post 2010.

It used to be a great place to visit. The AU-UGA rivalry used to be filled with mutual respect and sportsmanship. After the 2010 game UGA fans have gained some sort of hate for Auburn and they aren't afraid to show it. Going to Athens now as an AU fan expect to be treated with pure classlessness and have hate and pure vitriol spewed in your direction unprovoked all night long.

Yeah, they have really turned into trash since 2010 towards AU fans. Never seen anything like it and it isn't reciprocated when they are in AU.

Nobody said we don't, but Auburn fans who attend games regularly make it a point of pride to treat any visiting fans as well as possible and make sure they have a good time and feel at home in Auburn.

Not saying that AU fans don't act classless or do stupid things to visiting fans, because I've seen it happen. And most of the times I've seen something like that happen I've also seen other AU fans tell the AU fan(s) causing problems to STFU basically, and try to apologize to the visitor.

Every SEC school I've visited is the same way more or less, so Auburn isn't special, but for whatever reason since 2010 a lot of UGA fans are just all around dicks to Auburn fans who come to Athens.

Now that you mention it, Fayetteville 2012 actually might have been the worst. Completely dead city and atmosphere.

You went when John L Smith was the head coach, of course everything was dead.

Well the treatment was so horrible last year in Athens, I don't expect anybody with a backbone to not return the favor next year. Really enough is enough with those arse wipes.

For me it was Baton Rouge. Mainly because of the fear that I might be murdered on my way back to the truck(2007).The town was great though. Austin Texas makes every SEC town look great....imo

From my most recent experiences (from best to worst):

1. LSU
2. Ole Miss (needs to do away with no open flame BS)
3. Starkville
4. Fayetteville (Granted, it was cold but it was a ghost town before noon)
5. Texas A&M (Thanksgiving Day, but it wasn't anything to write home about)

I'd rather not stoop to that level personally. Then you really do create some endless cycle.

Besides, you know UGA fans. They truly believe their program is some moral beacon that's above everything as long as Saint Richt is at the helm

They put on the blinders after last season and deny any wrong doing, so if you retaliate after the game this seaskn they're just going to come cry to the rant about it and claim we started it and try to perpetuate their BS about Auburn being full of thugs.

Do ole miss fans realize that their coveted tailgate experience at the grove is nothing more than a bunch of middle class try hard wannabes, dressed in cheap suits, sipping on andre while eating a meat and cheese platter bought at costco?

Sadly, no. It could be kinda cool and ironic, but they're dead serious.

We won't stoop to their level.

But it would feel good to for a little while.

It was pretty dead. Last game of an awful season, Black Friday, 1:30 kick off, and about 20 degrees outside. I was there.

I don't mean stoop to their low level just not be welcoming. I'm very tired of our tailgate getting trashed after the last two Georgia home games after we welcomed everyone who came by and feed them and offered drinks. They are the trashiest of the trash so screw them.

Road trip overall experience?

Either Starkville or TAM.

Gameday experience, Vandy. Nashville makes up for the game day experience.

Always had a good time in Columbia.
