Which of us has had the most difficult OOC schedule recently?

LSU usually has a weaker one with a strong opener.
TCU, Oregon, Wisconsin twice...etc.
I know Tennessee has had an insanely difficult one.

We play Texas A&M and Florida State this year.

I'd say LSU, Alabama, & Tennessee

These schools traditionally play OOC powerhouses, I think you're right.

Alabama notable regular OOC games the last few years:
Clemson (2008)
Virginia Tech (2) (2009, 2013)
Penn State (2) (2010, 2011)
Michigan (2012)
West Virginia (2014)
Wisconsin (2015)
USC (2016)
Not a bad slate. Bama certainly has the pattern of the one "big" OOC game and three awful to meh games each year. Wouldn't mind a second decent OOC game each year, but under the current system there is basically no incentive to do so.
Bama definitely wins when you factor in post season though (final AP ranking of team in parenthesis):
#2 Utah (2008)
#2 Texas (2009)
#14 Michigan State (2010)
#2 LSU (was a non-conference game so I'm counting it) (2011)
#4 Notre Dame (2012)
#6 Oklahoma (2013)
#1 Ohio St (2014)
#6 Michigan State (2015)
#2 Clemson (2015)
It's been fun with all these big games the last few years.

So A&M is an out of conference game for Ole Miss? Neat.

You'll have to excuse my friend up there for not knowing who is in his division. Maybe this will help explain the confusion.

Florida plays perennial top 10 Florida St every year. South Carolina plays Clemson every year, and they've been a top 10 team the past 5 or 6 years, as well as usually another named team such as North Carolina, NC State, or UCF the year they won the Fiesta Bowl. Other teams play hard games as well, but our two schools basically have a top ten game on the schedule every year and it's a road game every other year, not a neutral site game.

VOLS typically always have at least one marquee OOC opponent and has done so for decades.
