But I think DV is the best overall, it's just been declining.

See my post above. Bama and Ole Miss games this year were as good as it's ever been. I expect Auburn will get the same atmosphere next season.

Because team matters and stadium (fans, noise) has little to do with it, the correct answer is BDS.

Maybe you didn't understand the question. Since 2006, BDS and TS have been tougher places to play than JH. LSU and Bama with 8 losses. Auburn with 13.

Sigh. We could talk about correlation vs. causation but why bother.

Toughest or best? I've seen both used in this thread. I've personally never played in any of them so I will let Miles, Saban, & Gus's records speak for themselves but according to 2015 U.S. Army All-Americans, these are what they consider the best.

I agree. It's cut and dry.

JHS is a greater home field advantage. It is consistently louder and more electric.

However the answer to the original question is tougher because the teams matter and Bama has had the best teams overall over that time period. So probably BDS going back to 2006.

The toughest place to play at really doesn't change

Teams from year to year change

Overall record will skew this

2012 was much louder than 2014 versus Bama

Seriously, WTF is this? Is this meant for some dumbasses living in the boot's laces, that doesn't know how to use spices? Because anyone in southern Louisiana knows that you never use the same rub for ribs or a t-bone, unless you're only rubbing it with salt and pepper. That shits disgraceful.

JHS

Bama wins at home because they are better than most.. I've seen some great teams struggle at JHS against mediocre Auburn teams. Not counting the last Chizik year. the place is a dam shite hole but easily top 5 most electric in all of college football.

Even though the record has dropped off, LSU led the sec in ticket sales in 2013 and came 2nd to tamu in 2014.

Under Miles, auburn has never won at dv. Yet Miles has won 2 at JH.

So I'd say its between BDS and dv.

I'd normally defer to DV, but since tStreak, LSU lost to a 7-4 Arkansas team when they were #1 in 2007, went to OT against a meh 2009 Hog team, and were a miracle Anthony Jennings throw away from losing to the worst Razorback team ever last year. So.....

Arkansas has won all of 2 games in DV, 93 and 07. So...

Winning percentages since 2008:

Auburn: 63.7 (thanks 2012)
LSU: 75.0
Bama: 90.1

Home winning percentage

Auburn: 82.1
LSU: 81.6
Bama:93.8

Difference:

AU +18.4%
LSU +6.6%
Bama +2.7%

Not really even close.

All that proves is that Auburn has sucked on the road. Probably from playing in tougher venues like BDS and TS.

Shows JHS is a far greater home field advantage than BDS or TS IMO.

Probably the biggest difference in the entire SEC actually.
