Namath's decision to play in the AFL (and his subsequent success) did a lot to grease the skids for the NFL-AFL merger.

Tell that to the '68 Colts and '69 Vikings...

The Jets and the Chiefs winning Super Bowls III & IV, were instrumental in the two leagues merging as they showed that they were not as inferior as assumed. Namath played a significant part in that...and his best years in the AFL were in those latter years of the 60's when the AFL teams were closing the gap and positioning themselves to win Super Bowls...

Namath GUARANTEED a Super Bowl victory and delivered.

Cam danced and dabbed and then punked out.

Cam will forever be famous in Super Bowl lore but not for the reasons Namath did

It starts as joking responses, then one person posts a serious response, then that gets a serious response then Armageddon.

A bammer has to be sucked into idiocy the same way a person over 300 pounds has to be sucked into a pizza or donut shop. You are such a regular to them it is almost like a 2nd home. Much like idiocy is to any bammer lol
