I'm thinking it's a foregone conclusion Vandy will have a new coach in 2016, but which other coaches will have rumors swirling?

7 wins or less will probably have Butch putting out feelers and lining up a realtor.

Could Dan be in trouble with 6 or less?

Will 9 or less finally push the Dawgs over the edge?

Would the swampbillies form a posse if Les wins 8 or less?

Nobody is on the hot seat at this moment except Vandy's coach.

and Les Miles

Miles will be fine if he beats Ole Miss. That's their Superbowl.

Sumlin's seat will begin to get warm if he doesn't get 9+ wins this year.

Seriously though, if Malzahn goes 8-5 or worse, which is a real possibility, his seat will at least be getting warm.

I think Butch, Freeze and Sumlin are the most likely to be in a bad position. LSU if they shite the bed.. but they have so much coming back 9 wins ought to be guaranteed.

Miles needs to get 10 wins again soon or the grumbling will grow. He won't be fired for at least another 2 years unless he totally shits the bed, but there's always a portion of the fan base unhappy with him.

Vandy's coach is dead in the water. Butch Jones needs to get 7-8 wins to backup what's been said about him. There's a chance ATM or Ole Miss finish last in the West, which I think would put a little warmth under their coaches seat.

Mullens.

Losing to the Rebs a second year in a row will mean another year with no sleep. Can't imagine his productivity being the same after not sleeping for 2 full years.

if sumlin fails again, he should be on the hotseat. but I don't think he will because the aggies don't really expect what they pay for they just want to be accepted.

prove i'm wrong. he's the worst 5 million dollar coach in the country.

He was having success. USC and a pro team (allegedly) were coming after him. So, we overpaid to keep that from happening.

Only one on the list that is possible is Butch. If he has a bad year he is gone.

1. Charlie Strong makes $5 million

2. He is worse than Sumlin

3. You are wrong

I don't think Mullens is ever going to get fired. I think he's like the Mississippi State version of Bear Bryant.
