I just don't get the Clemson hype.

Yes, DeShaun Watson is good.

Watson is good. REAL good.

GT will contend and have a good team, too. They return a lot of people. FSU...depends on Golson.

I think the ACC gets left out of he playoffs this year.

I HATE msu more than anyone, but to say they would have been the 5th best team in the ACC is crazy. You are basically saying the team that finished 2nd in the SEC would have been 5th in the ACC

The perception is skewed by how they finished. They were an excellent team.

You guys can't quite catch the point he is trying to make. His point...is that the West (Apparently in particular Miss. State) got on him about how the East can't compete with the West. It gets tiresome...but that's why you do it, I would guess. While I couldn't care less, it bothers some more than others.

Yeah & just messing around during the offseason

I was actually happy for longsuffering MSU fans last year & hope they win or finish top 3 in the SEC West

It helps to have a defensive coordinator, which we did not.

I understand what you are saying, but that SOUNDS like an excuse. We didn't have an offensive coordiantor for our Bowl game and did quite well. However, preparing for Louisville was much easier than preparing for GT's offense. Don't forget, though, that Louisville ahd one of the top defenses in the country.

I figured that's what it was. And...you can't help how you feel. I get aggravated about the West's superiority complex, too. We have to admit, right now they are better.

Me too. I hope they can continue with their success.

I believe the red dawgs also lost to the jackets, and did so in their own house. Where would they have stacked up in the ACC?

Whooped Louisville, snuck by Clemson, lost to Tech, so third seems pretty obvious, based on the context clues.

I question this:

We can bump (state) under FSU, Clemson and Louisville for sure

I suspect State could probably beat Louisville last year, and Clemson would be a tight game. They might be as high as 4th, right behind Georgia.

MS State on the other hand, got their shite pushed in in the biggest bowl game they had been in in at least 40 years. It was never even close, y'all were outclassed from the 1st snap of the game

Our QB had over 500 yards of offense by himself. We didn't have a DC and our defense looked like hot shite the last two games of the season.

You're a moron.

Agree. Game was basically tied at the half. It wasn't really until 2nd half adjustments kicked in that the game got away from State. That belly play was gravy.

why talking about Clemson on a SEC forum?

Clemson returns quality backups on defense and Dabo thinks we have our best secondary in his 13 years at Clemson.

Clemson has both a great group of WRs and RBs along with Watson.
