Donte Moncref- Was absent pretty much the entire game, in the third quarter the slogan went from 'Feed Moncreif' to 'Forget Moncerf'.

Denzel Nkemcdihe - Was a disrupting force last year, last night? Not so much. The only time his name got mentioned was on a personal foul call.

Bo Wallace - Maybe they should dislocate his shoulder again?

I mean, everyone wants to downgrade the 'Super Recruiting Class', but if it wasn't for Laquon Treadwell, Robert KeMDICE, and Tony Conner carrying the whole team on their little 18-yr old backs, this game would have panned out differently.

It seemed that the big plays came from random people such as:

A Jeff Scott that wins the game for Ole Miss by not running out of bounds? Who is Evan Ingram and where did he come from? Eric Holder?

Why is Ole Miss's O-Line so much worse this year?

Why?

They won their first game. Mississippi State won't be able to say that.

You're either a shitty alter or a complete flaming dumbass...either way, the only thing you're good for is entertainment with your failures

All flaming aside, this is actually a very good point.

the thread is more positive than anything, at the same time rebuking all the rantards that are saying Ole Miss' freshman 5 stars are overrated.

I doubt ~50% of this board has a reading comprehension level north of the 7th grade.

bo wallace played pretty well last night. 66% completions and 283 yards. no touchdowns, but no ints either (although he should have had about 3), and he kept several drive alive with his running. not a bad night actually

It's awesome to make conclusions on 60 minutes.

Moncrief was double covered most of the game, which is what allowed for Treadwell and Ingram to have such big games.
Wallace had a very solid game, but agree w/ poster above that he got a way with a couple.
Jeff Scott has been a playmaker for us for 4 years now
Denzel is the only one I'm scratching my head a lil bit on too. But a win's a win, no gripes here.

Wasn't he going up against one of the best CBs in the SEC? They were smart and took advantage of the mismatch Megaquon had on the other side.

Because why couldn't the big plays come from your big play makers AND random people?

It just seemed like the star names from last season slept through this game.

The older players have a contract with ESPN recruiting that prohibits them from producing in the game.
