Where does the Arky loss to Tech rank in all-time worst SEC west losses?

I watched most of the game. It was an abomination. As bad as the Bama loss to ULM imo.

Have you forgot that they lost to Toledo just a week ago. Much worse loss.

Honest question for OP

did you see LSU lose to UAB in 2000?

Ole Miss - Wyoming
Ole Miss - Jacksonville State
Bama - Northern Illinois
Bama - LaTech (twice)

If you go by current West membership and not member at the time of the game, Auburn once lost to a high school team.

Not even close. Tech is a P5 team and what has Arky accomplished in recent memory?

Why leave the LSU loss to Miami of Ohio off this list?

The 97 LaTech win over Bama was really not a huge upset. Bama was having all types of internal and on field issues. LaTech was playing at a high level for most of that year.

The 99 LaTech win over Bama - Tim Rattay just outplayed the Bama defense - and had to win on a mini Hail Mary by the backup QB.

LaTech never seems to catch Auburn at the right time - we have played them close a couple of times but that was it. The 1990 AU LaTech game was a classic college football game.

I remember that game well.
We went down and scored right away.
I told my BIL , "we got this".
That was our only score.

I keep my mouth shut now.

An unbeaten power 5 team is now considered the worse loss? Interesting..
