you mean the same conference that saban came from and that les miles originated from?
because it sure sounds like your arguement is no good coaches come from the B1G
If you read my entire post, I was referencing the talent of the football players in each conference. There are quality coaches in every conf., including the Sun Belt Conference. That does not mean the Sun Belt Conference has the amount of talent that the SEC has.

Arkansas has never won the SEC.
Never.
Not in the 22 seasons Arkansas has been in the SEC have they won the conference.
you don't say.
Florida joined the SEC in 1933, they didn't win their first non-official SEC championship till 1984. Their first official SEC championship didn't come till 1991

Let's expand this to BCS bowls, in the 16 years the BCS Bowls were around, Arkansas made 1 appearance and lost to a Big Ten team.
that's one more appearance than some SEC schools

When is Arkansas going to get the population boost Florida got in the 60s and 70s that made those championships in the 80s and 90s possible?

Florida has talent, Arkansas does not. That was easy.

Exactly, which is why you're not a bad SEC program, but a mediocre one.

a population boost is all that's required to win an SEC championship?

What about over the last 20 years? The Big 10 used to be the premier conference. Noticed I said used to? Not any more. They are probably behind the Big 12 and Pac 12 now.

it still took them 51 years to win their first SEC championship

Wrong. They had a very good or great team. There is a difference. One year does not make a program.

Let me get this straight...you're saying that one season doesn't define the entire future for a program?
Interesting...

We don't need more Jewish players.

The Big Ten had the worst bowl record (2-5) of any BCS automatic-qualifying conference, but the conference won its most important game, the Rose Bowl.
Michigan State rallied from a 10-0 first-quarter deficit to defeat Stanford and give the Big Ten its first Rose Bowl victory since Ohio State won in 2010. The Spartans finished ranked third in the final AP poll, their highest finish in the national polls since 1966, and fourth in ESPN’s Championship Drive Ratings.
However, the Big Ten had a losing bowl record for a fourth straight season. Since its last national championship in 2002, the Big Ten is 30-52 in bowls and has only once had a winning bowl season (2009).

If you are talking about Auburn, you are correct. One season does not make a program "elite". However, it is a step in the right direction.
Your hog brother "claimed" Arky was an elite program because you went to a BCS bowl.
I will remind you that Utah went to a BCS game.
