LSU fans think the sugar bowl will take their 8 win at best team. Delusion.

Just because 8 wins is the new ceiling for LSU doesn't mean everyone else's level of expectations has been lowered as well.

but we are after all your super bowl...

I can think of 5 games I look forward to annually before Arkansas. Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Ole Miss, Texas A&M. That's right, you're at the back of the pack with MSU.

I can think of 12 regular season games a year where Arkansas is the opposition's big game of the year.

Just like mouth breathers thinking LSU won't get a bowl game. Delusion.

A few teams got waivers last year to play bowls with 5 wins (there were only 77 eligible teams for 80 bowl slots). I'm fairly certain it'll be similar this year.

In fact, there are currently 49 bowl eligible teams with 23 teams 1 win away from being eligible. That leaves 8 spots still open for teams that need to win 2 games. Source

To answer the original question, 1999.

Have a question of my own: When was the last time Arkansas won the SEC? I'll hang up and listen.

1999. Yet still ended the season with a 35-10 win over Arkansas.
