Well, as we are constantly being told by Bama apologists everywhere, they will go right out and hire another proven HC just like Saban.

So, I'm guessing they will hire a guy with plenty of HC experience, including a few years in the SEC, with an NC on his resume.

I'm guessing they won't be able to lure CUM back to the Conference, and SOS is too old, so that leaves only two qualified candidates:

No SEC experience, but otherwise probably the best available HC out there, and one I would hate to see wearing the Scarlet Letter.

Yea I think he would do just fine with no SEC experience anyway. Would be very scary to have that guy in Alabama. Pretty sure he can coach a power 5 team again starting in 2016 or 17

one game. one game. and this is how you feel? hugh freeze can't wear nick saban's socks pal. and your "program" is about the 8th best in the SEC. Ole Miss has Never played for the SEC championship. sure, y'all won one over 50 years ago, but never since a championship game has been added. maybe you should visit y'all's operations office and read the friggin' trophies. there are NONE dated later than your birth and most of those trophy's are for ties or runner up crap. you sir, are delusional.

I could live to be 100 and Ole Miss will never be a top 5 program in the SEC. Ive never seen a more delusional fan base then that of Ole Miss. At least programs like Alabama, Auburn, Florida, Lsu, tennessee, georgia, even Arkansas have done it before. You guys? Have never even been close to being relevent. I'm 30 years old, this is the first season that I think you have a good football team. As I told an ole miss fan saturday night, your best season in my life time was last year and you still LOST FOUR GAMES. Think about that.

For a school and a group of people that have never done it before, I can't understand the amount of cockiness that oozes out of you. Maybe its all the dirt and filth that you have from living in that state that you want to shed some off of you, but good lord you people are cocky.

I like your football team too, thats what is hard. I like the way they play and the players. But you people are unbearable. But i guess that since y'all have never done it before, you don't know how to act.

He's a rival and I despise him but Dan Mullen ought to be the first name on the list. Has been a decent recruiter at a difficult place to recruit to. Proven program developer and runs a difficult offense to defend. Plus, even if Saban coaches for several more years Mullen would still be a very young coach with a lot of years ahead of him.

Why in God's name would he want to stay in a third world town known as Oxfart, Mississippi coaching for a community college that clearly has to spend big money on recruits just to lure them away from the other 13 superior conference colleges (just ask Tuberville). I bet he'd take a serious paycut just to escape.

"Oxfart" -- that's just hella clever.

Mark Dantonio
Jim Mora
Gary Patterson

I would assume these three would be given serious looks should Saban bail. Dark horse would be Justin Fuente at Memphis. That guy is for real. Someone is getting a great coach whenever they snag him up from Memphis.
