eh nothing really i guess. people who dont like baseball (and dont even enjoy playing it) and would rather go to a softball game over a baseball is just no one i'd enjoy a beer with. that's all.

I've never liked baseball. If I'm really bored in the summer and happen to be sitting on the couch and see the Braves on TV, I might watch a little of it. That's about the extent of my baseball watching.

I love college baseball, I just wish our administration did too enough to get rid of that dump we call a stadium.

No doubt it looks like that was the pivotal point in time. LSU demoralized them in that head to head national championship matchup and their fans just threw in the towel. No mas.

That almost reminds me of 2011 MNC.....except the fans didn't throw in the towel. All the underclassmen just left prematurely for the NFL bc they know their ship is sinking

If you give me the option between two things I don't like, I'm going to pick the one that takes the shorter amount of time.

i understand, you said that already. its still pretty awful to not like baseball. to each his own though i guess, all i was saying (or mentally noting) is that in hypothetical world i doubt you would be a person i'd enjoy a beer with.

College baseball is boring as hell. I vaguely remember knowing there was a CWS, but honestly, it wasn't any different than the little league World Series in terms of relevance. Can not tell you one Alabama baseball coach.

ETA: in contrast, can tell you every basketball coach starting with Wimp Sanderson and I'm not a huge basketball fan either.

LSU fans seem to constantly want people to give a shite about baseball. We get that LSU has a good program. Auburn fans dont make threads asking why nobody gives a shite about diving.

Its a minor college sport that only a few commit resources to. Its on the same level as womens basketball, softball, volleyball, etc.

Not only is college baseball boring as hell, it also is pointless as hell. Most of the kids who play college baseball will never play the sport again once they are graduated. A few of them may make it to the minors but most of the best players are signed into the major leagues right out of high school. Watching college baseball is like watching a grown-up little league game.

At least with college basketball and college football many of the players you watch will one day become giants of the sport in the professional league.

I don't understand why LSU fans are so interested in Alabama's interest in sports. It's a weird fixation.

Not enough stank on the bait, but some ruh-tard will get pissed I'm sure.

I'll go to a college baseball game, but my attention span is completely lost when I have to watch one of about 100 games that all look exactly the same. Sometimes we'd play drinking games based on what players spit.

If you don't like college baseball, that's your opinion and no one is asking you to change it. To call it a minor college sport that no one commits any resources to is asinine.

Watching college baseball is 1,000X better than MLB due to the same reason that all college sports are better than the pros, effort and love for the game instead of money. Also, there's not 162 games.

Resources are committed to college baseball, just at nowhere near the amount committed to football and basketball. Those are the revenue makers.

Baseball is quite boring to watch no matter the level of play. Playing the game on the field, however, is a different story.

It falls under the same subheading on ESPN.com as softball and other sports. It doesn't even get it's own tab.
