Aurburn fans were saying latech could beat us and they almost did and now they're lowly latech.

yes
especially if you compare where the 2015 team was in game 3 last year to where the 2016 team is currently

that, that and that. what's gus' buyout anyway?

well to be fair, in Bert's previous seasons, they would probably be 1-2 with the same schedule

Since when did that make a team better than LSU, Ole Miss, Alabama, and A&M?
Who is saying they are better than all of them? Even the people who are high on them still think they are clearly behind Bama.

Tamu will tell.
So far yes. Does the oline hold up vs sec play? Who knows, everything else has been tested.

It certainly has the potential to be, still way too early to be saying stuff like that. We have without a doubt started better than any other year. If the trends of Bert's team improving as the season continues remain true, this will be his best team here.

I thought your team was pretty good last year, and you were 8-5, 5-3 in the SEC. Yall lost a lot of talent, particularly on offense, from last year and you're off to a good start.
not a bad question at all. AA is a better overall Qback than Brandon was at the same point. Our Oline isn't as good as last year, yet. But has the capability. Our front 7 on D is LEGIT! and all of a sudden our secondary is better than cold dog poo. Our ST's better than last season, our punter is legit.
Our Coaching is better, finally we have kept our coordinators for more than one season, and added Paul Rhoads to the mix. We are gelling earlier than what has been the norm, thus far.
If we continue to improve at the pace we have in the past. LOOK OUT! if not, the means is hard to imagine.
to the OP! Somebody had to replace Auburn and LSU in the talking points, WHY NOT US!

At this point, yes, but overall its too early to tell.
I do think our defense is much more reliable this year....but thats not saying a lot compared to last year. I have some serious concerns with the OL but hopefully they improve throughout the year like Bert's teams have in the recent past.
A lot of questions will be answered against aTm. I for one do not feel very good about it....but I didn't against TCU either.

Then how did Kenny Hill rush for 93 yards, 2 TDs?

Well why don't I explain this to you since you don't seem to understand.
They said LaTech had a chance against you because your team is average, not because they thought LaTech has a good team.

Because they have Bert and everybody loves him.

Same shite you see in the big 12. Texas is down for a couple years and you have in state schools taking charge.

Need to hold off on the love until Sunday. We win this weekend we will be 5-0 with Bama coming to town. Most likely top ten. Then we can talk Hogs. We have to win this weekend to take the next step. May be the biggest game of CBB career at Arkansas. Win this one and take off.
Easily the funniest post I've ever read on tRant. Little bro talking big. You really do think of this as your superbowl huh? Sorry 4rkansas. Not gonna happen. You haven't played anyone half as good as us and two of your games have been nailbiters. Bite the pillow...

Everyone seems to be talking about how good Arky is, but why? They beat La Tech by 1 point and beat an overrated TCU team that gave up 42 points to South Dakota State in double OT.
I'm sorry that your season is shot so early this year.

Auburn is a terrible football team

I'm going to break an SECr rule and answer with my honest OPINION. Last year we dropped our cupcakes to Toledo and Texas Tech, thus giving us an automatic 2 L. Had we won those games, we would have finished 11-3 - but didn't because of fricking cupcakes! Not to mention our injury bugs - but we all had those.
This year, we pulled through on our cupcakes (well, we still have Alcorn). No game is a gimme in the West (for anyone), so it's not fair to assume we'll have the same record. What is fair to say is that we are learning how to close games, and despite our star ratings, players are being coached to their positions. It's not unrealistic to think that we'll continue our upward trajectory. It's also not unrealistic to think we do worse in the West this year over last year. This is what makes CFB interesting.
That's just my shitty opinion.
