Not the loudest, but the first time I remember hearing it was in the 1994 Final Four. Arkansas, the eventual champ, and Florida were repping the SEC.

We've recruited texas for a long, long time. battling Ut for recruits is nothing new to us. You may be right about the instate guys but before the SEC dominance, a lot of non-SEC schools would poach Louisiana talent. Notre dame, Nebraska, Miami, FSU, USC, etc. La kids used to go all over the country. Id rather only have to worry about my neighbors than the entire country.

The whole stadium did it when they played an SEC commercial in the first quarter on 1/9

For me, it was during the end of the Big 12 basketball championship in KC when Mizzou won it in 2012. 19k Mizzou fans in a packed arena got pretty loud.

2011 vs OU when the entire fricking Sooner student section began chanting it after we were outscored 28-0 in the 3rd quarter

Loudest I've heard was the 1992 texas at Arkansas basketball game in Barnhill Arena. It was the last time texas would play in Barnhill as a member of the SWC. We were blowing the game wide open with a run late in the 2nd half, when Todd Day made a steal and was going in for a layup. Some longhorn flunkie all but tackles Todd, and as Todd (all 145 lbs of him) is flying out of bounds, he flips the ball over his head and it goes in. As he's on the free-throw line, we start a thundering S!E!C! Loved seeing Sweet Tom Penders' face.
We met those bums again in the finals of the SWC Tournament. Hogs up 38 with under a minute. One of our guys is at the free throw line, and Oliver Miller is at half court, both arms extended, horns down. Crowd Chanting SEC!

Aggies had a pretty good one against OU at JerryWorld during last year's Cotton Bowl.

Alabama fans did the chant after whipping Miami in the 93 Sugar Bowl for the NC. I heard it on the TV, and that was the first time I remember hearing it, but I doubt it was the first.
