He never did anything bad while here.

Nothing terrible, especially compared to some of the crimes we see some athletes involved in... but wasn’t he spotted drunk more than a few times, with a bong also? Acting juvenile doing the LH sign or wearing UT gear? … from the top of my head I may be making this up….

I know he was a kid and these are not crimes… but acting very much unlike a leader and a guy they were trying to build a program around. Who knows what privileges he had in the locker room.

This whole "hype/gimmicks but no susbstance" talking point is just something the folks in Austin rally around because Charlie hasn't won many games, and was shutout by Iowa State.

So, its all nonsense. There is not any more substance on the longhorn football team. Charlie's core values are the biggest joke of all. No guns...Core value? It's all just locker room banners and signs.

Kyler Murray was an entitled prima donna due to his HS success and his father's influence, and he left bc Sumlin wouldn't kowtow to those demands. If Speedy wants to leave also, the he can walk. We have plenty of "good character" guys on the team who would welcome the playing time.

Yes I did get high a few times and College and will never apologize for it, but I was a regular student. Everything comes with a price, I wasn't the image of my School.

you "built"(cause nothing of note was achieved with him either) a program around him... now you see the result.

See The U... they won but they were thugs... when it crashed it crashed hard.

Not really. Our program was rebuilt on top of the SEC brand. JFF just took away our initial learning curve, but it turns out that we still had to pay that piper.

There is no such thing as a free lunch.

I think they rally around it because there were no glow in the dark helmets this year, dammit.

We did have them. We just didn't need their glow in the dark ability.

They (longhorns) added some special metallic helmet paint this year. It looked great when getting blown out by Big12 foes...

The more ya know...

Wrong. The collective hubris that your joke of a school vomited on the world following your first double digit win season in over a decade resulted in what we are watching unfold today.
The downfall of your program is a lesson in humility. You are Aggies. You haven't won anything since facemasks were invented and your alumnae embarrass our state on a daily basis. Now go back to watering your plants in the rain and hoping Spurrier comes to coach your offense (LOL aggy).
