There are a lot more weeks of football season than just the first week in November. It sucks losing in any of them.
Losing to ark and ole miss for the foreseeable future matters. Not being ranked matters

No, no they really cant. I dont think ANYBODY in America can get whoever they want. Jim Grobe wouldnt even interview with us in late 2006. Said he had a great deal at Wake and a bigger job is not a better job.
Translation-I can win 6 games here and be the toast of the town. I dont want the pressure.

Not a fan of either team but:
aTm money is = or > LSU money.
Tom Herman would be taking a step up if he took it. It orgeron's dream job because he grew up on da bayou bebe! Briles is probably waiting to see if another Big 12 job comes open maybe oklahoma state or the dallas Cowboys. Maybe even UH. Make no bones about it though, it would be a lateral move for Sumlin.
