Pro is more about strategy college is more about teaching, his not very good at teaching offense

Our guys, especially younger ones, have shown considerable improvement in their skill sets.

His in game coaching/adjustment deficit in the NBA isn't nearly as big as a deal in college.

The problem is, he doesn't have any consistent scorers. Every night, there's a different leading scorer, but not for the right reasons. Having the talent he's bringing in next season will make a huge difference on offense.

he had a few big wins last year. Beat some of the best SEC teams. Seems to always have Bama close in the 2nd half against teams that are far superior.

Went to the Bama Texas game in December.

Had a 15 point lead in early 2nd half, only to lose by 10.

he is not perfect.

But I think the most important item is the enthusiasm he brings. the campus loves him and he is recruiting very well.

next year is going to be potentially great.
