Honestly don't understand why people are exaggerating UT's expectations. Most fans think 8 at most for this year. BUT something good is happening on the hill (unlike years prior) and I do think we'll be back sooner than folks think. And believe it or not, this year is the first time I've said that since we've been down. Not our fault the media is hyping us.

MSU is 11-4 against the SEC East since Mullen's arrival in 2009. We've beat every East team during that time except USCe and Mizzou who we'll finally get to play this year.

GOOD GOD, NO!!!!

Real UT fans don't read anything those idiots say. That is like an insane asylum for UT fans.

That place went off track several years ago, and the vast majority of the real UT fans left or were banned.

SC would def. be a dark horse, given they lost a solid QB and their top RB from last year plus two studs on their O line.

Plus the issues with recruiting after Spurrier implying retirement was coming soon

none of the sport pundits websites are high on SC's new QB.

My money is on UGA because their defense is improving with this DC out of FSU, and Chubb should be best RB in the conference

Looks like the East has a bunch of shitty teams then.

So what happened in 2010, 2011, and 2013? (or 50% of the time interval we're talking about)

Or that 8/11 of those wins were against UK and Vandy.

And MSU has a losing record against the East. Guess you didn't think that one through.

LSU looked overrated when Notre Dame ran down their throats in the Music City Bowl.

Depends on how soon Richt retires. If he stays another 5+ years it will be Tennessee after they fire Jones and hire a good coach that can win with his recruits.

Ok and that makes a case for Bama being legitimately good but LSU being overrated how exactly? Last time I checked they got destroyed in their bowl too when everyone knows they backed into the playoffs. And you didn't answer my question champ. So I'll ask again since you're obviously a little slow, did we look overrated when we were skullfricking y'all by 5 touchdowns in the SEC championship in 2011?

Actually, we are 34-32 against the East since the divisional split. Need to check your facts before being a smart arse. We are 4-4 against your beloved Gators also. Hell, if we were in the East we'd probably have won it 3 or 4 times.

Lsu was great in 2011 but they were led by a guy who would have been ineligible at many schools, and he made momentum changing plays vs arm and Uga to close the season out, so it must be viewed with a *.
