3 straight years opening up with a top tier SEC team? Did they think anything good would come out of this? I work with a few of their fans living up in New England and after LSU beat them last year, they estentially have up and said there's no way they are beating bama this year and LSU next year in Lambeau with Harris and Fournette returning.

Idk. But I remember Melvin Gordon eating our lunch for an entire half. NRG nothing really special and complete anarchy getting back into town after the game.

Gotta give props to any OOC team willing to schedule Bama or LSU.

Miles has never lost a regular season OOC game in 11 seasons at LSU and Saban at Bama after the 2007 ULM debacle has had 8 straight seasons of not losing a regular season OOC game.

You're basically just scheduling a loss.

1. To be the best, you gotta beat the best
2. National attention
3. It doesn't ruin their chances in the conference
4. They COULD win

I commend them for it. These match ups make football better.

What sucks is it isnt a home and home.

Camp randall on my college football bucket list, and i know many badgers wanted to come to baton rouge.

Neutered sites need to be done with outside of bowl season

Playing in Lambeau will be epic. I know people dog on the Syracuse game but I think the alumni base really enjoyed the trip to New York. I will really enjoy that game, though I am a little jealous Bama got a game against USC. I hope LSU can get them added to the schedule before long.

If I'm right it's the first colleg game in Lambeau. Will be epic and once in a lifetime. Would be willing to pay top dollar and sit in the middle of thousands of badgers while they play jump jump to just say in was there.
I used to live in Milwaukee with work and had season tiks for a couple of year to Badgers games to take clients and have to admit, their student section kicks arse and blows away any SEC student section. You don't see frat boys if coats and a tie and sorority girls all dressed up at those games. Just people who have to endure noon games but have a great time drinking bloodys at 7am and getting pretty into it.

They are thinking about not being pussies obviously

Playing Bama and LSU in the state of Texas because Bama and LSU are too pussy to play outside the south in a true roadgame on campus

First game, you could lose and still make the playoffs. It will prepare you for games later in the year. It's a great idea.

LSU's offense is gonna be scary next year. I'm not exactly sure what they bring back on the OL, but y'all return something along the lines of all of your RBs and contributing WRs plus Harris.

It probably won't happen, but if they were let loose that team could have a 3000 yard passer, a 2000 yard rusher, and a 1000 yard receiver.

Vadal Alexander (RT) and maybe Hawkins (LT).

Everybody else is back. Pocic, Teuhuma, and Clapp.

Grimes has built some serious depth on the line. There is some talent waiting on deck to fill those spots (e.g. Chidi Valentine-Okeke is redshirting)

Almost the entire D is back too. And if Kendall Beckwith stays

I can only hope Basil but Beckworth is gone. No way he passes up a second round draft grade. We will be fine however.

They were thinking they'd regain some prestige lost when Bert left them high and dry. Seriously, I think they were hoping to prove that they could beat top SEC teams, while Bert struggled to do the same at Arkansas. IIRC, the first game was scheduled shortly after we hired Bert.
