Justin Hunter for T.J Yeldon

Bama fans? Would you do it?

I wouldn't

Hunter is a good WR but we are fine at WR and Yeldon is much too valuable at this point

Hunter's college career will be over in 8 or 9 more games. Yeldon still has 33 or 34 left. So no.

In Alabama's system Yeldon is more valuable. Hunter is very good, but he is not AJ or Julio.

I agree, but to think hunter would be lost in the crowd amongst bama's WRs is laughable.

what's so funny?

Yall don't have a receiver near as good as hunter and have an abundance of RBs. UT doesn't have a RB but has a few good WRs. It would be mutually beneficial for both teams.

a receiver who will be in the NFL next year for the best freshman RB in the conference.... like I said

I don't think from a "talent" standpoint. From the standpoint that Saban is only going to throw the ball 20-25 times per game and some of those are going to backs and some to slot guys, etc Hunter would not put up huge numbers in the Bama offense

That's the point of the trade you fool. Hunter would make Bama's offense unstoppable for this season, and you wouldnt lose much running game production. Tennessee,on the other hand, has a gaping hole at RB,won't be playing for much of anything this year and Yeldon would be a great building block for the future.

Yeah, that's pretty much how a Trade works.

But since Bama's not willing to deal maybe you should look at Gurley or Marshall from UGA. I don't know the name of a single UGA receiver so that might be willing to deal

I think I'd trade Cam Lawrence for a WR or good lineman. Cam Lawrence for Hunter/Patterson would rock, but I'm not sure if he'd help their defense enough to justify it.

Our defense is a hell of a lot more than just one person. Cam's a great player and more importantly a smart player, but he's probably the 5th or 6th most important/talented person on our Defense.

fool?
what have you seen out of our offense that makes you think we need and upgrade. 35 games left for Yeldon vs. 9 with Hunter. no thanks.

if you want to trade Lacy for Hunter... deal

You do realize Parkey is our offense right now. . . Therefore you would have to give us a line backer to be named later plus Johnson

Our defense would need the extra support without Parkey
