If he's so much better than Henry then how come it was Henry who made the Coaches as well as the Media's 1st Team All-SEC team? I think he even grabbed the SEC Offensive Player of the Year award. Also...I believe Henry was a unanimous 1st Team All-American as well. I think Henry also has the Doak Walker, the Maxwell, and the Heisman. I could be wrong though.

When it comes to football any player from LSU will always be second best to a player from Alabama. That's the way of the world and the way of the SEC. Get used to it. You'll never be as good at football as the Crimson Tide.

I like Hurd and he might have a decent O-line to run behind finally. The word is Chubb is ahead of schedule, is he done like Gurley was? If you have some inside info my man please feel free to share, UT fans are a trip. It's going to be cute after NW pushes that Vols shite in, this board may crash.

I think LF is a better RB. I think on the Alabama team this year with not only our OLine but our play calling he would have had 2500 yards. I'm proud of Henry and everything he has accomplished but this is justu opinion.

If both players were coming out Fournette would be drafted ahead of Henry. Look it up!!

This!! Henry is a great back but his numbers are inflated b/c his number of touches. LF7 averaged a full yard more per rush
fournettes numbers are inflated from playing possibly the worst rush defense schedule in the history of football. Including the texas tech game, and leaving off alabamas 1 fcs school to get both to 12 games, fournette faced 4 total top 50 defenses, rushed for 410 yards on 94 carries, 4.36 ypc. Henry faced 7 top 50 rush defenses, 966 yards on 165 carries for 5.85 ypc. Both faced 1 top 10 defense, fournette rushed for 31 yards on 19 carries, 1.63 ypc. Henry rushed for 147 yards on 13 carries for 11.31 ypc. Overall, fournette faced average rush defense of 69th (only that high because of playing bama), henry faced average of 50th. Here are the rush defense rankings for lsus schedule in order of play. 70th, 88th, 78th, 128th,111th,17th,60th,1st,16th,27th,106th,126th

Fournette has played the best rushing defense in college football. Something Henry has not done & fournette's stats are still better.( ypc & ypg)

Fournette had 91 rushing yards against Arkansas and 108 against Ole Miss. He averaged 3.9 yards per carry in November. Henry averaged right at 7 yards per carry in November

The guy catches passes out of the backfield also. He had another 108 yards receiving between the two games. Again how did he supposedly fall off?

So what? Henry has proven he can do that. It just hasn't been a staple of our offense this year. Should Henry get penalized for plays that are not called?

The rest of the team and a coach who's an autistic savant at college football.

Head to head, Fournette would be the superior back on either team.

So what you're telling me is that in that game Steele is equal to Saban and Smart.

That's a new twist.

they are not garbage, but i do think they are getting a lot of the credit that henry deserves. Especially early in the season they were very bipolar, looking like the best line in the world one play, like they didn't know what a football was the next. They have gotten much better through the season, and i would call them dominant now, but henry made then look good for a big chunk of the year. One telling stat, they are 95th out of 128 in tackles for loss allowed.
