I would definitely say Auburn even though UT hasnt beaten them in forever. I feel like It's one of those games that should be played every year.
I really don't have any interest in playing any of the other west teams every year, I guess because they're so far away geographically or something.

But who I would really like ever year for Carolina is North Carolina. We have them this year and next in Charlotte.

Tennessee and Georgia. LSU vs Tennessee was always a fun and exciting game for me to watch and Georgia is the only east team that we seem to struggle with and its usually a fun and exciting game

Vandy. They are clearly the class of the East and easily the best team in the... no... I can't say it with a straight face. I just can't.
I would pick Kentucky. Before you start laughing Kentucky and Arkansas have had some really fun football games over the years. Yes the last one was a blowout but I like what Stoops is building in Lexington. We already detest one another in basketball so extending the rivalry to football makes sense.
The problem is that would probably dump Mizzou off our schedule and I like playing Mizzou every year.

Barn or LSU, because big 6. Maybe Arkansas though, because that used to be a permanent rivalry and there were definitely some interesting games in that series.
