Yea I forgot about UF's. They do have a gator I believe. That's pretty sweet.

No clue why, but that made me laugh heartily.
Ocelot would be a choice mascot. I love me some non-traditional mascots (e.g., TCU Horned Frogs, Cal-Santa Cruz Banana Slugs, OSU Buckeyes).

Please tell me the difference in UGA and Bully... UGA's bloodline is so inbred that they can't even keep one alive for more than a season or two while Bully is still going strong and is a much better example of a true English bulldog than UGA's all white dog

Florida had a live gator.

Uga has been on the cover of Sports Illustrated, in the movie Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, on the set of Gameday twice, and almost took a bite out an Auburn player

I'm starting to believe the mascot is one reason why LSU has a much stronger home-field advantage than Bama does. Seriously, what sight do you think will inspire more fear in an opposing team: seeing a live Bengal tiger or seeing a costumed mascot of an elephant?
