One thing I don't like about the link is it has a cumulitive number as the indicator.
But even if you just look at the red numbers at how many times they've been overrated, UGA has 11 and UF has 17. 17 times in the last 24 years.

Its bound to happen eventually. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. They have one of the biggest recruiting states and share it with Ga Tech. Its amazing that they could be such a mediocre program with all they have at their disposal. What a frickin waste.
