Nick "Thug" Fairley or Cam "Money" Newton.

The Barn had some winners on that 10 team.

Can't believe it took till page 6 to remember the Honey Badger. Hated his punk arse.

Nick Fairley-quite possibly the dirtiest player in the SEC ever. Congrats on your GOAT thug Auburn

$Cam Newton-bought and paid for

Marshall Henderson

John Fourcade

John Bond

Johnny Manziel

Steve Spurrier

Jadaveon Clowney-if he played 50% all the time, he'd be great. Instead, he played 75% about 10% of the time, just enough to make you drool, then he'd shut it down.

And yet no other team can show why Fairley was their most hated player. Can anybody even show me an article where Fairley was mentioned as a dirty player before the UGA game? Did Fairley even play against Florida; why are the Florida fans saying Fairley?

Of course everybody is going to say Fairley because his dirty plays are up for everybody's viewing.
Just from an Auburn fan's perspective, I'd say that the following were either as dirty as Fairley or had hits that were just as dirty:
-Junior Rosegreen ( on another Georgia Bulldog bitch)
-Quentin Dial ( Also on Murray... haha!)
-Dan Skipper
-Ricky Seals Jones
-Ben Jones

Part of being hated is accessibility. There are probably some seriously dirty DIII players, but people don't watch them so very few people hate them.

You sort of have to be famous to be hated. That doesn't really have anything to do with UGA. It has more to do with the event happening down the stretch of a televised title run.

Nick Fairley. Dude needed to blow out both of his knees to be taught a lesson.

Stop in MS on a Fall Thursday night and watch a JUCO game

Makes The Longest Yard seem reasonable

ETA: guess where Mr. Fairley learned his craft?

Fairley is the biggest thug

but I also nominate

Dillon Day. State Center that liked to stomp on players after a play.

Day had an unfortunate, regrettable game , in his home state of La. No way you can compare the bodies of work, though.
Days 1 game was pretty disgusting, I'll admit

I agree with you; there is no comparison and Fairley will win going away.

But the stomp and where he stomped gains a nomination at least.

I remember being at deer camp and almost coming to blows with a relative, because I thought he was intentionally crapping on MSU's performance and basically being an LSU homer-bitch.

Then I saw the replays of what Day had done. I acted like I had way too much to drink and just went to bed

Nick Fairley was an incredible POS, even by the shamefully low standards of "Anything to win U". Another one of his prouder exploits was grabbing Ryan Mallet by the back of his collar(horse collar) well after he had released a pass in the 2010 rob-job on the plains and yanking him down, causing a concussion.

WTF. It was a great hit bro. You should be thankful he got Mallet out of that game. It was your backup that kept y'all in the shootout.

It's definitely Nick Fairley. I was actually pissed when the Saints signed him and we were absolutely desperate for a DT. Having to pull for him pisses me off to no end.

Nick Fairley and it's not even close. without transfers or thugs, Auburn doesn't seem to have too much going for them…

Yeah congrats Auburn beat UGA that year while having the heisman trophy winner on their squad.

Congrats? Doesn't take away the fact that fairley was a very dirty player.

And yet you ignore Ben Jones and Brandon Kublanow (even putting Kublanow on the tickets for the Tennessee game).

Good thing we have Georgia to supply the thugs.

If it weren't for cam Newton throwing a laptop out the window, or the most miraculous catch in Auburn football history, y'all wouldn't have beat us in the last 10 years. You can go ahead and sit down now child...

We can "what if" things all day and the outcome will never change. We are 2-8 which is embarrassing for Auburn's standards, but we still have two more NC appearances than Georgia during said timeframe.
