Overall, Robb Smith, DC from Tampa Bay/Rutgers, but a big impact also from Clay Jennings, DB's, hired away from TCU.

Our new DC will obviously make a big impact, but i'll go with new secondary coach Clay Jenningss. If our DBs can play anything like his did at TCU then that would be awesome

Grimes has nowhere to go but up with our OL. I cannot wait to watch a season where there's NOT a game where our OL just fricking quits.

Yeah but Grimes doesn't teach technique. He lets the lineman basically do what feels natural to them.

Damn. I guess Miles should have checked with you before he made the hire.

Our staff is fairly stable ... no new coaches this year, very little turnover under Spurrier. We like it that way. Seems to be paying off so far.

Terry Joseph did a great job at Tennesse Nebraska, and La Tech. Sorry Dooley sucked bro, but Deshazor Everett our all american corner has already said he's changed one of our safeties into a completely new player.

Kiffin will have a positive impact. But also Bo Davis, with our D Line. I expect big things from both. Kiffin def has more pressure riding on him though.

First off, let me say that Jeff Grimes might be one of the finest human beings walking God's green earth. Absolutely amazing human being and LSU is lucky to have him.

That being said, he tends to be a little unorthodox as an OL coach in that he doesn't preach technique. He prefers that the players work however they want to as long as the job gets done, whereas some OL coaches want the players to use certain technique all of the time. This can cause some sloppyness from time to time. That was my only gripe with Grimes.

Rocker, IMO, is the biggest impact new hire in the SEC. Even moreso than Pruitt.

Butthurt? Did you happen to see Clint Moseley running for his life for 60 minutes against y'all in 2011? Or Frazier doing the same in 2012?

I love selective memory.
