The hate coming from Arkansas fans, I just don't understand. I have never "hated" the Hogs, hate losing to them, but it's not like there is any bad blood that I know of. Honestly one of my favorite away games to go to, and I always have a good time so I don't understand
Same with Ole Miss, got no hate for the Rebels. Hell, any school that sells bbq nacho's at the stadium is cool in my book.

Only thing that could top it off would be beer. Considering the price of the nachos, I would gladly pay around $14. It would be well worth it on those warm September games.

I think you can attribute any/all of that hate to certain Auburn posters rubbing our face in the Dyer commitment. That and Walt Williams steering Arkansas high school kids to Auburn.

I'm certainly embarrassed by certain elements of our fan base, but not for passionate/illogical hopes and dreams. Everyone sees their program as being better than it probably is. I'm embarrassed when our fans get on national boards and it's evident that they're either still in middle school or ignorant as to the inner-workings of the English language.

Dyer's a different animal. Look at Brishen Matthews. We haven't been bitter about his recruitment at all, have we? And he's going to the school we have come to hate the most the last few years.

The hate started when Auburn was 5-0 coming into Fayetteville, and they were expecting to blow us out. Many Aubies were predicting 20+ point wins.
When we wooped their arse, they got in a hissy fit, and said "Well, at least we'll still get your state's best player". When they did, they started talking trash again. We said we don't care, and that we have beaten them 3 of the last 4 years. They got even more pissed about that.
So here we are.
Ole Miss has some of the best posters on here, so i don't mind them. I still don't like their coach, though.
