What is "Tigerbating"

I know it involves a lot of yelling.
I'm thinking about putting on my elephant hat and going down to what appears to be LSU RV headquarters at Central High School on 15th Street so I can experience it for myself.
Just want to know what to expect. Gimme a description of how it's done.
Is it just yelling out "I'm Tigerbating" or are there other things you're supposed to say along with that?

Its like masturbating, but its between two dudes. They look for interested partners by yelling it at them.

Run up to the RVs. Make sure there are children.
