You also realize WMS is not funded by the university though, right?
Its not a home field
Regardless, arkansas hosted a game as the home team there, and they should be ashamed of that.

Not sure why you are trying to troll this thread, but its not a big deal. Today they are hosting as a home team in the football mecca of JerryWorld. So I guess they have to claim that stadium as a home stadium as well, huh?

you are being intentionally obtuse. WMS is a secondary home stadium for Arkansas, and it is a shithole, this isn't a troll. That is by far the worst stadium I've ever had the displeasure of watching a football game in. (DWS 2011 is probably a distant second)

In 1894, during the first season of football, Arkansas played, and thank God won, at Fort Smith High School.
Poor Fort Smith was the Hogs... Arkansas Industrial Cardinals excuse me... favorite (and only) whipping boy during our first three years as the Hogs lost their other two games to Texas and Drury.

As far as I know, Tulane for worst. Maybe Wake Forest is the smallest?

I assume you're not counting as far back as when all of the SEC played at Sewanee on occasion - haha. I was surprised to learn that Louisiana-Lafayette's stadium seats 42,000. Hawaii's seats 50,000. Vanderbilt's stadium actually is smaller than both of those. Still, Duke's only sits 33,000 and Bama went there in 2010. Moreover, it became basically a home game because Duke fans didn't show up at all. So I'd have to say Duke.

It actually isnt, WMS isnt funded in any way by the University. If it was, It would be just a nice as any SEC stadium, Just like Arkansas' home stadium in Fayetteville

and it is a shithole
I think I agreed with that already. please see quote 2 for reference

Agreed on both accounts
Its still not as small as Vandy though right?
What is the capacity of both miss schools?
State - 61337
OM - 59347
But OM has an expansion underway.

I have watched Mississippi State games at South Alabama, Middle Tennessee, Troy and Louisiana Tech.
By far, and it is not even close, the worst venues I have ever been to are as follows:
1. War Memorial Stadium, Little Rock. For some reason we always played Arkansas in Little Rock. I was in Fayetteville in 1997, this is the first year we have played them on campus since then.
2. Liberty Bowl, Memphis. Felt like I might be shot, anal raped, or both.
3. Boddy Dodd Stadium, Georgia Tech. I know its a P5 opponent, but that stadium sucks and it just doesn't feel like college football. That's not GT's fault, their student body and alumni base just don't get into it, and its in the middle of a major city downtown.
4. Morgantown. If anyone ever thinks West Virginia is a good fit for the SEC, they should be beaten on the spot. A mix of a Skillet concert, NASCAR race, and hipster convention.
You didn't ask, but the best atmosphere outside the SEC that I have been to is Oklahoma State - and that was before they started fielding pretty good teams.
