What is the likelihood that this Alabama weakness will come back to haunt them?

A troubling stat for Alabama: Bo Scarbrough, Jalen Hurts and Joshua Jacobs all rank in the top seven of fumbles per rush in the SEC.

significant ... turnovers at this time of year are the main reason for a loss ...

Very likely against good teams. It's a good thing the Defense is really good.

When you have the greatest defense in all the land, it doesn't really matter

Fumbles piss me off more than ints, this defense is so good it's made up for them though. A great offense (Clemson) will take advantage of them, it is really the only thing that has me worried.

If Hurts avoids two interceptions vs AUB, the final score is probably around 37-3.

That's a big difference. All in all, Bama having weaknesses makes it more dramatic for television. Nobody wants another 2012 NCG

If Hurts doesn't learn to hang onto the ball he is going to lose a game for Bama. That one drive against Auburn Bama fumbled the ball on nearly every snap. Auburn just couldn't get in top of it. It was ridiculous. I get one getting away from you but he will fumble the ball multiple times during a game. It's pretty pathetic.

Watson has more ints and the same fumbles as hurts. If anything it's an even playing field with Clemson.

Ha I hope it's 35-0 Bama at half for the next theee games. I don't care if there's no drama. I'm tired of just pulling away in the fourth quarter I want some easy wins over good teams. Lol

Bo seems to have gotten better about the fumbles lately.

There was a point where I held my breath every time he touched the ball. Similar to the way I feel about Griffith on FGs.

Bama fumbled four times and recovered all four... shite cuts both ways.

Bama should turn it over once per half just to spice things up.

There was one drive in the first half of that Auburn game where we fumbled like 4 or 5 times, no shite. ON ONE DRIVE!

Won't matter Saturday.

After that, multiple turnovers in a game could definitely get Bama beat. Hoping the extended practices between SECCG and Semi-Final will be used to correct some of these fundamental issues.

That's nothing, I was drunk but there seemed like times there were multiple fumbles ON ONE PLAY.

All playing their first year. Wouldn't surprise me if this is their high watermark. Jalen does carry it a little loose though.

It's very possible, but I'm just as concerned with the damn kicker! We absolutely can't depend on a kick from ANY distance to win or tie a game...that's scary.
