I'm not super confident in Thompson like some USC fans are, but I think he should be capable and wont turn the ball over like a dumbass, which Garcia was infamous for.
And I also think the talent around him is better than the talent around Garcia was. Our offensive line should be the best in the conference

They didn't even win their division last year or the year before that. They've won it once. I'm not sold on USC

I've been saying it all off-season and no one has paid any attention.
Thompson is a bum, last year started two games and went 30-59 with 0 TD's and 2 INT's.
Ellington and Shaw were the two biggest play makers on that team and will be SEVERELY missed.
Lost both CB's and their entire Defensive Line, yet USCjr thinks they're going to have a better defense this year
It's ridiculous, and I fully expect a nail biter against A&M to start the season followed by losses to UGA, Mizzou, and Florida.

Mizzou couldn't beat beat us as a Top 5 team at home yet think now they will on the road a year later

You got out played in that game and know it, the simple fact is you escaped with a very fortunate win. I wouldn't count on that happening this year.

So giving up a 17 unanswered points in 4th quarter and going on to lose that game in double OT is outplaying somebody now?
