re: What is Georgia's path to the title? I don't see it.

How GA can get back in it:
1. Win all their games. That'll be two more Top 25 wins over Florida and Mizzou.
2. These teams lose:
-Oregon loses to Stanford. (this one is key because an undefeated Stanford doesn't look as good as an undefeated Ducks based on media hype)
-Clemson loses to FSU. Badly. I actually see this happening. Clemson gets left out of ACC title game.
-Ohio State loses in either the end of the year battle against Michigan or during the championship game against Michigan/Northwestern
-Georgia beats an undefeated Alabama in the title game. Undefeated is important. Bringing down the #1 when your team is around 4 in the standings during title week? Automatic number 2.
-Either UCLA beats Stanford in the title game or earlier in the season.
That's the most likely scenario. That leaves
1. FSU
2. Georgia
3. Stanford
4. Clemson
5. Bama
6. Oregon
7. Ohio State

After watching Georgia's game this past week-end, I really see them getting the luck that we had last year. They played their hearts out, and the QB did everything he could to win. I just think that they will win the SEC championship and go on to win the national championship. If Bama can't win this year, I hope it is Georgia that wins.
They came soooooooo close last year, and if it's not us, I hope it's them. That's not to say that I don't want Bama to win, I do, but I just think that it falls Georgia's way this year.

Win our games & cross our fingers... Any year a 1 loss SEC team gets in there has been a loss elsewhere that allowed it. If you don't go 13-0 your chances are left up to Old Lady Luck...
