What if PI was called......... Bama had what 2 or 3 penalties during the game, at crunch time no way. Georgia DBs played hand check all night and got flagged .Bama hits receivers late with shoulders and elbows NEVER called once.

We could return 5-6 starters on defense:
Sr DE Garrison Smith
Sr NT Kwame Geathers
Jr DE Ray Drew
Jr ILB Amarlo Herrera
Jr CB Damian Swann
So OLB Jordan Jenkins
Absolute best case scenario, Jarvis Jones and Alec Ogletree could also return but the 1st round of the NFL draft is calling

But he didn't try to push forward or get out of bounds. Looked like he flopped to the ground to keep the clock running.
You need to watch this again. Starts at 6:45.

He should have spiked it and the receiver should have dropped it to stop the clock for one last play.

Lets say UGA spiked the ball, ran the same play, a back shoulder throw to the end zone, CJ Mosely tips the ball at the line, UGA catches it anyway and Bama wins the game.
Do we know UGA would have called a different play? Richt said they had plenty of time to get the pay in.

That is the most ridiculous post game comment I've read on here. Congratulations.
There's no way the kid is able to go against his instincts and everything he's ever been coached, and drop that ball.
It's real easy to sit back and say that after the fact, but it real time it would be impossible for him to make that decision.

UGA played hard but Bama was the better team objectively. Two special teams plays, fake punt and blocked FG along with Saban's poor clock management to close the half kept UGA in it.
350+ yards vs slightly above 100 in rushing tells you what team was dictating things.
Great game,
