Let's assume Cam and Ingram would have had their 'big seasons' at the same time (I know it's an impossibility that they could both be on an undefeated team headed to the BCSCG, but forget about that)...who would win if they were going head-to-head in the balloting.

Would Mark's good reputation and humility swing voters put off by Camgate and/or his showboating?

It would make me pause and consider everything a bit more carefully. Smug attitudes suck a dirty arse.

Cam would have made Ingram drink out of his Cammy Cam bottle and like it.

It should also be noted that the 2009 Bama team would have undoubtedly beaten the 2010 auburn team.

I'm not sure Ingram would beat out Lamichael James.

Cam

An 11-1 Auburn with his only bad performance coming @Bama. Ingram didn't have near the season in 12 games that Cam had in 11 if you threw out the Bama game. Cam put up player of the game type numbers every week. He had a better Heisman resume than McFadden did the year Tebow stole it with crap TDs against the Citadel.

Considering out of the two, only Mark Ingram is a truly good kid with great character. So if "integrity" really has a part of the Heisman, which there is no indication that it is with people voting for Cam, then it shouldn't be an issue.

Possibly. But '04 Auburn would have stomped a hole in both teams.
