Do you realize that, too, was voted on by the conference and the NCAA and those restrictions were placed?
Did you read the article where Dodds says he'd abide by anything the conference and NCAA voted on? The money was the same.
How can you circumvent rules that weren't there? This was something that hadn't happened before, a school-centric TV channel. Not even Notre Dame on NBC qualifies for that. OK, BYU has one.

No, definitely not. The message board offerings tend to make you think they're all self-important douchebags (which many are), but I have a lot of friends from UT that are actually decent, rational people. Same could be applied to LSU and A&M - this board really isn't a good place to form an opinion on fanbases. I also asked about how y'all fared in the texas bowl most recently and which bowl you were heading to this year.
