That Coach O won? I think Les would have had this LSU team at the same 5-2 record that they are at right now.

Probably the same record - although their game vs OM would have been a nail biter.

Well, OM is the best 5 loss team in history. So that would be acceptable.

None. They'll say the offense wouldn't have been as dynamic and that the games would've been closer with Les, though.

He was pretty much lost every game. Clueless I tell you.

To this point, LSU wouldn't have set offense records over the last 3 games with Les. They wouldn't have raised the offense ranks from the 100s to the 50s. Also, with a different coach to start the season, I'm positive they would have split Wisconsin and Auburn at worst.

If anything, there is a renewed, cohesive energy within the team and fanbase.

OM would have gone into the 4th quarter and could have gone either way.

The way LSU has managed to stay focused and play well into the 4th quarter is the difference.

If O was HC for the Mississippi State game, LSU wins it by 3+ TDs.

But has the offense looked good because of better play calling, better execution, or worse competition?

Not trolling. Real question.

The first 2..

Les has played similar competition throughout his tenure here and his offenses have never put together a string like this.

Same record. Record would have been the same if Orgeron started off the year as HC. LSU still loses to Wisconsin and Auburn.

Les would've lost against Ole Piss for sure. Glad that arse clown is gone.

Do you think Mississippi is better than Jacksonville State?

LSU out-gained JState 371-368.

LSU outgained Mississippi 515-325.

Through the first 4 games LSU's offense scored a total of 20 points in the second half, 5 ppg in the second half.

In the 3 games since Ogre took over, LSU's offense has scored 73 points in the second half, for an average of over 24 ppg in the second half.
